How Can I Modify or Cancel a Booking?

If you wish to modify or cancel a booking, you can contact us directly via email or phone. We apply a flexible cancellation policy: with at least 48 hours notice, you can receive a full refund or reschedule your experience at no extra cost. Our team is always available to support you with any needs. For experiences like the Rialto Food Market and the cooking school, we require 24-hour notice, as these activities are often booked at the last minute.

Special or tailor-made events, however, can follow the 48-hour rule. If you want a truly unique experience, we recommend trying the Timoteo, an exclusive and unique vessel in Venice and worldwide.
